Ready, Set, Go

So it has been 4 ever sence I have posted anything on here. Had a few written waiting for pictures, but never got the pictures uploaded. Time to start posting again. I guess I will go ahead and start with a few pictures from my Thanksgiving Trip to Japan.

Here is my roommate Missy and I the morning after arrving in Tokyo. First time I had to put on anything with long sleeves in like 5 months, but hey at least I got my fall.

People ride bikes everywhere. I have never seen so many bikes in all my life. It is amazing how all the sidewalks are lined.

Here Missy and I are at the bridge that goes over the moat to the main gate of the Imperial Palace. Being a gate gaurd looks like a boring job!!

Here is an arial view of part of the Imperial Palace Gardens. I took almost 100 pictures in these gardens. They were amazingly beautiful. Especially with the trees just turning colors. Going there really helped me have peace about missing the seasons.

Just enjoying the gardens!! And yes, "It's so beautiful"

Random pictures from our trip!

This one is for you ED!

Snorkeling

So a whole new world has opened up to me. I am loving the underwater adventures we are able to have here. It is so amazing how beautiful everything is underwater. And this is just from snorkeling. I am going to get my diving in Oct.

Here are my suitmates Eva, Riki, and I investigating a small boat we found in the bay in front of our appartment.

Random fish in the wreckage!!

Beautiful Pictures

So I think this picture is amazing. I took it while on our island tour. I love how it looks almost black and white. I have to say it is the kewlest picture I have ever taken.

Here is a kewl sunset picture. Took this at the end of our tour. Wow can't believe I am still on our tour pictures. Have just a few more I want to put up!!

Saipan Tour Continued...

Our next stop is the spot where the last battle on Saipan took place. Some kewl old tanks and guns and a bunker in the hill. The way some of those guns sit remind me of miniature Star War fighting machines.

This bunker was kinda neat. Had some nice holes from being bombed.

Yup have to throw in some more greenery. Cause yup I like it!!

Here we are stopping for a picture like the tourist that we are!

First Week in Saipan

So I have arrived here on Saipan and I am super busy. Trying to find time to upload picture, and blog on myspace and write people has been hard. I have decided to try this approach. I like being able to upload pictures and really write about them showing people at the same time what is going on in my life. If anyone out there wants to know what is up with me and how things are going I will put every effort into keeping up with this.

So here is the view I have from my appartment. How kewl is that!! If you know me well, you know how much I love to take a bath at the end of a long hard day, but I have no bathtub here. I think I might survive that. LOL!! I can just walk out my door and down the stairs and yup relax in the ocean. Just need to figure out how I can take my book to read!

Here is the crew that came to the island this year. From left to right is Jessica, Me, Veronika, Riki, and Eva. After being here for a week and finally getting the right day without rain, this is how we got our Big Island tour!!

How well do you know me? It was kinda funny, here we are driving around the island going to these different places with all these views of the ocean and what do I do? Take pictures of the land with all the beautiful green trees and hills. I do have to say that I love all the green!

This cow just made me laugh and I had to share it!! And Yup more green scenery.

After driving to the north end of the island we stopped a bunch of times at some kewl places. Here is the 1st area! I will continue showing more another time.
